Заўвагi да дадатка 29:
1. Вучэбны план устаноў, якiя забяспечваюць атрыманне агульнай сярэдняй адукацыi, на 2004/2005 навучальны год распаўсюджваецца на ўстановы, якiя працуюць у зонах радыяцыйнага забруджання. Для ўстаноў, якiя функцыянiруюць у месцах аздараўлення дзяцей з гэтых зон, прадугледжаны варыянты 1, 2.
Вучэбны план устаноў, якiя забяспечваюць атрыманне агульнай сярэдняй адукацыi, на 2004/2005 навучальны год прымяняецца таксама для навучання дзяцей у месцах аздараўлення, калi тэрмiн ix знаходжання ў аздараўленчых установах складае адну чвэрць i болей.
Калi вучнi знаходзяцца ў аздараўленчых установах у межах рэспублiкi больш кароткi тэрмiн (менш за чвэрць), то навучанне можа быць арганiзавана па варыянце 1 з тым, каб дзецi маглi эфектыўна спалучаць аздараўленне i навучанне з разлiку 2 - 3 урокi ў дзень у малодшых класах, 3 - 4 - у сярэднiх класах, 4 - 5 урокаў у старшых класах пры 5-дзённым вучэбным тыднi.
Калi вучнi знаходзяцца на аздараўленнi за мяжой, навучанне арганiзуецца па варыянце 2.
2. У асобных выпадках педагагiчны савет установы самастойна вызначае з лiку прапануемых той цi iншы варыянт вучэбнага плана.
3. У I - IX класах заняткi па радыяцыйнай бяспецы праводзяцца за кошт гадзiн школьнага кампанента.
4. За кошт гадзiн школьнага кампанента ў пазаўрочны час могуць быць арганiзаваны заняткi па фiзiчнай культуры, выяўленчым мастацтве, музыцы, заняткi па развiццi здольнасцей дзяцей, умацаваннi iх здароўя, а таксама стымулюючыя i падтрымлiваючыя заняткi.
5. Выпускныя экзамены за курс базавай i сярэдняй школы праводзяцца ў адпаведнасцi з Правiламi атэстацыi, пераводу, арганiзацыi выпускных экзаменаў i выпуску вучняў устаноў, якiя забяспечваюць атрыманне агульнай сярэдняй адукацыi.
6. Забаронена правядзенне ў зонах радыяцыйнага забруджання звыш 1 Ки/кв.км вучэбна-палявых збораў, а таксама працоўнай практыкi вучняў на зямельных участках.

Заўвагi да дадатка 30:
1. У тых выпадках, калi вучэбным планам прадугледжана на вывучэнне прадмета 0,5 гадзiны ў тыдзень, у раскладзе заняткаў трэба ставiць па 1 гадзiне праз тыдзень.
2. Пры вывучэннi iнфарматыкi з VIII класа дадатковыя гадзiны ў VIII i IX класах дазваляецца выкарыстоўваць са школьнага кампанента.

Заўвагi да дадатка 32:
1. Вучэбны план для iндывiдуальнага навучання хворых дзяцей дома распрацаваны ў адным варыянце. Колькасць гадзiн для навучання хворых дзяцей дома можа быць знiжана са згоды бацькоў.
2. У выпадках, калi вучэбным планам прадугледжана на вывучэнне прадмета 0,5 гадзiны ў тыдзень, у раскладзе заняткаў трэба ставiць па 1 гадзiне праз тыдзень.
3. У I - XI класах гадзiны школьнага кампанента можна выкарыстоўваць на вывучэнне прадметаў эстэтычнага цыкла, правядзенне падтрымлiваючых i стымулюючых заняткаў i iнш.
4. Размеркаванне гадзiн на вывучэнне цыкла прадметаў ажыццяўляе настаўнiк.
5. У залежнасцi ад таго, у якiх класах - VIII, IX або X, XI - вывучаецца iнфарматыка, на яе вывучэнне выкарыстоўваюцца ў кожным класе гадзiны школьнага кампанента (да 2 гадзiн у тыдзень).

1. Для заняткаў па замежнай мове V - XI класы дзеляцца на групы па вывучаемай мове, але не менш за 8 вучняў у групе.
2. Заняткi па музыцы, працоўным навучаннi i фiзiчнай культуры могуць праводзiцца ў пазаўрочны час з улiкам рэжыму дня санаторыя.
3. Вучэбныя гадзiны фiзiчнай культуры могуць выкарыстоўвацца для заняткаў лячэбнай фiзкультурай, якая праводзiцца па медыцынскiх паказаннях па-за раскладам урокаў настаўнiкам фiзiчнай культуры, якi мае адпаведную падрыхтоўку.
4. Працягласць урокаў у I - XI класах можа быдь скарочана да 35 - 40 мiнут.
5. Гадзiны школьнага кампанента могуць выкарыстоўвацца як дадатковыя на вывучэнне агульнаадукацыйных прадметаў.
