28.01.2001 the report-election meeting of GPFO «THE SPRING of MERCY» was held. 31 women were present at the meeting: (39 women are registered in the organisation).

The agenda of the report-election meeting:
Congratulation of the women who have recently given birth to children. The handing of memorable presents to members of the organisation who actively participate in the work of the organisation.
The report about the work done during 2000 and information of the control-audit Committee (CAC) according to the results of the check of work of GPFO «The Spring of mercy».
Election of the Council and the Chairman of the Council.
Election of CAC.
Election of the treasurer.
The schedule of work GPFO «The Spring of Mercy» for 2001.
Acceptance of new members to the organisation.
As the former chairman of our organisation could not make a report about the work done during 2000 it was done by the vice-chairman.
March 13, 2000 the Grodno public female organisation (GPFO) «The Spring of Mercy» was registered.
Mothers of large families and the needy mothers were united to help their children. The members of the organisation are women who bring up their children alone, women who bring up children - invalids women who have three and more children under age in other words - mothers of large families and needy women.
5 years ago (remember our past – your genealogy) women always give birth to children for support, hope and help to be in the family in the future.
It is necessary to take into account difficult economic situation of our country now and disability of the state to supply all citizens with a job and worthy earnings to feed not speaking about bringing up of children. Women have to search for means to protect rights and legitimate interests of children under age independently.
As our organisation exists only 10 months we think we have spent enough measures.
One of the main measures is the participation GPFO «The Spring of Mercy» in the charitable action «Our City» spent by the businessmen of Grodno. Due to the action «Our City » spent in May - June 2000 more than 500 men including children received things. The result of the action which began in December 2000 and it has been temporarily suspended but will be prolonged further more than 60 men have already received things.
The following measure spent simultaneously with the action «Our city» is the celebration of the 1st- of June, Day of protection of children. 160 children including 58 children from the children's house of a mixed type ¹59 visited the performance at the Puppet Theatre that day, received presents and went on merry-go-rounds at the Central municipal park of culture and rest.
December 29 the New Year's holiday on which 216 children received presents was held. Children not only watched but also participated in the New Year's performance. After the performance around the Grandfather Frost and his Granddaughter gave presents to children who know poems by heart around the New Year’s tree. After the New Year's holiday the additional gifts were handed to some women.
Since December 28 the publication of the bulletin of our organisation «The Spring of Mercy» was started.
Summing up the done work it is possible to come top a conclusion that main thing in our activity is that we have established contacts with state, commercial and religious organisations. The women from our organisation participated in the seminars spent by the Belorussian organisation of the working women (BOWW). It is necessary to take into the account that fact that GPFO «The Spring of Mercy» is created at support, participation and financing of BOWW and businessmen. And the main thing is that the legal service of BOWW, permanently within one year rendered a free of charge legal help to the women from GPFO «The Spring of Mercy».
The chairman of the meeting Irena Bairashevskaya read the schedule of work of the organisation and realisation of measures for 2001:
1. Publication of the bulletin “The Spring of Mercy”
Participation in the action «Our city» together with the businessmen.
Preparation and realisation of a holiday dedicated to the anniversary of creation of the organisation.
Creation of a circle for children who want to be engaged in fine art.
Realisation of the competition on the best author work (knitting, sowing etc.)
Realisation of the competition - exhibition of children's pictures of children of the women from GPFO «The Spring of Mercy».
Celebration of the Day of protection of children, June 1.
Realisation of the competition on the best jam.
Realisation of the lectures, legal and other seminars.
Expansion of co-operation with public organisations, bodies of state power and control, youth organisations (BPUY).
Help in rendering free of charge legal services for the women from organisation.
New Year's holiday for children
At the meeting there were elected:
Council of GPFO «The Spring of Mercy», chairman of the Council, treasurer, control-audit committee.
February 14 – World day of those who are in love.
Love moves the Sun. Because of the love the finest space energy are born and the flowers grow. The love fires stars in the sky. It makes spring eternal and desired. From love fine children, poems, songs are born. The most invaluable pictures were written by the artists in the period when fire of love was burnt in their hearts. The love plays by fates of people and civilisations. The heart beats stronger from love, it inspires us, on wings of love we mount highly above the earth.
Love is different. It may be passionate, platonic, blind, non-shared, first and last. We may give it many names, it is simply Love. And despite of wars, disasters, stresses, all of us shall live while Love - living and eternal fire of life lives!

Let’s think with smile and condescension about other's and own weaknesses including horoscopes. Anybody, you see, does not invoke you to measure your life plans for the future with them. We shall esteem them as amusing, intriguing reading from a genre of folklore which was forgotten.
HOROSCOPE GAELIC
It would be more correct to call it as a horoscope of druids, it is more than two thousand years. On the language of the ancient Celts (Gaels and Brits) druids - worshipping the oak, prophets. Minsters, doctors, the judges and foretellers of fates – druids at the end of the first millennium BC made up a numerous priestly intertribal corporation with the life head and rendered a strong influence on the life Celtic tribes.
Druids lived in a forest, for them it was sacred. From here without doubt they took connection of human natures with trees. Magic value was given by druids to winter and summer opposition of the Sun, vernal and autumnal equinox. The position of the sun concerning the Earth when a man was born, thus, formed the basis for definition of nature, capabilities and destiny. For this reason each sign in the horoscope of druids has two periods of work. And one more curious note - we are obliged to druids by the custom to settle holidays of the New Year's tree.

APPLE-TREE (23.12.-01.01; 25.06.-04.07)
It happens seldom that it is high, it is nice to look at it, it is rather beautiful, there is a lot of charm and kind-heartedness in it. It inspires with the thought about love even then when it itself does not think about it (it happens seldom).
An apple-tree is a very sentimental, sensing tree. It is interested in love both theoretically and of course practically. It frequently decides to get married not having great feelings to a partner (THE APPLE-TREE is a rather broad-minded tree), however it does not mean final refusal from love and feelings.
If it incidentally meets a partner with whom it finds much in common with spirit and taste their matrimony will be bliss. One can rely on THE APPLE-TREE in love (both in free and in matrimonial) up to late age. It is disinterested, wasteful, can be easily deceived. It would return the own jacket, it would divide last chunk of bread. At all it, however, THE APPLE-TREE is not simple. Not thinking about tomorrow's day it lives since day per day, from time to time loans money and forgets about its debts that in general is natural for it. She is a philosopher full of imaginations, pleased with life and not wishing to surprise or to convince anybody.
Don’t take t as a thoughtless creature. Being cultured, thoughtful and logical THE APPLE-TREE ßÁËÎÍß has predilection to science. It reads everything that concerns the sphere it is interested in. The sum of its knowledge is marvellously great but it does not try to amaze anybody, it simply reads all to satisfy the inquisitiveness. It is clear that scientific theories interest it as much as a good meal. It prefers pleasure of this world to bliss in the other world.
It loves variety in an emotional sphere. The monotonic flawless happiness suggests bore. It is necessary to know that this direct girl or handsome boy loves occasionally to complicate something in the life.
Features of those who was born under the sign of THE APPLE-TREE: kind-heartedness, intelligence, thoughtfulness, logic, analytical mind.
