N 441, Мiнiстэрства статыстыкi i аналiзу Рэспублiкi Беларусь ПАСТАНАЎЛЯЕ: 1. Зацвердзiць па прадстаўленнi Мiнiстэрства адукацыi Рэспублiкi Беларусь прыкладзеныя: 1.1. форму дзяржаўнай статыстычнай справаздачнасцi 1-прафтэх (Мiнадукацыi) "Справаздача аб дзейнасцi ўстановы, якая забяспечвае атрыманне прафесiянальна-тэхнiчнай адукацыi" перыядычнасцю прадстаўлення адзiн раз у год i ўвесцi яе ў дзеянне пачынаючы са справаздачы па стану на 20 верасня 2009 г.; 1.2. Указаннi па запаўненнi формы дзяржаўнай статыстычнай справаздачнасцi 1-прафтэх (Мiнадукацыi) "Справаздача аб дзейнасцi ўстановы, якая забяспечвае атрыманне прафесiянальна-тэхнiчнай адукацыi" i ўвесцi iх у дзеянне пачынаючы са справаздачы па стану на 20 верасня 2009 г. 2. Распаўсюдзiць указаную ў падпункце 1.1 пункта 1 дадзенай пастановы форму дзяржаўнай статыстычнай справаздачнасцi на ўстановы, якiя забяспечваюць атрыманне прафесiянальна-тэхнiчнай адукацыi, i iх фiлiялы, другiя ўстановы, якiя рэалiзуюць адукацыйныя праграмы прафесiянальна-тэхнiчнай адукацыi. 3. Прызнаць страцiўшай сiлу пастанову Мiнiстэрства статыстыкi i аналiзу Рэспублiкi Беларусь ад 28 жнiўня 2007 г. N 135 "Аб зацвярджэннi формы дзяржаўнай статыстычнай справаздачнасцi 1-прафтэх "Справаздача аб дзейнасцi ўстановы, якая забяспечвае атрыманне прафесiянальна-тэхнiчнай адукацыi" i ўказанняў па яе запаўненнi". 4. Дадзеная пастанова ўступае ў сiлу з 1 студзеня 2009 г. Мiнiстр У.I.ЗIНОЎСКI ЗАЦВЕРДЖАНА
